Making a Home Educator Booking

Welcome to our dedicated booking portal for home educators. Please complete the form below to submit your booking request. Once received, our team will review your submission. If your booking is approved, you will receive an email containing a unique access link and ticket codes for the number of tickets requested.

We aim to respond to booking requests within 7 days.

Please note that Home Education bookings do not include  free teacher ratios and therefore each attending adult will need to pay our additional  teacher rate. Whilst adult tickets come at an additional cost, please ensure  all trips have a suitable adult-to-child supervision ratio.

Home Education bookings are available on dates between Monday-Friday in UK Term Time only.

Home Education rate only applies to UK-resident home educating families/groups visiting UK attractions.

Proof of Home Educator Status

To confirm your status as a home educator, please provide one of the following documents:

• Letter or Email Declaring Home Education:
  • A copy of a letter or email sent to the local authority or school, stating your intention to home educate your child.
  • This is required if your child was previously registered at a school.
• Completed Local Authority Forms:
  • A form issued by your local authority, which may include your contact details, reasons for home education, and information about the educational provision.
• Educational Progress Reports:
  • Reports or updates on your child’s education, including the curriculum, teaching methods, and progress made.
• Samples of Work or Curriculum Outlines:
  • Evidence of your child’s work, curriculum details, or teaching methods.
• Academic Qualifications or Educational Records:
  • Certificates or records of qualifications obtained through home education, such as GCSEs, A levels, or detailed portfolios.
