STUDENT RIDE ACCESS PASSES
We are committed to ensuring that your students have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our theme park. Understanding the challenges faced by children with additional needs, we offer a special service called the Ride Access Pass.
This is a virtual queuing system tailored to assist:
- Students who have a physical disability or a medical condition that prevents them from standing for extended periods.
- Permanently non-ambulant Students.
- Students who do not understand the concept of queuing.
The Ride Access Pass allows eligible Students to enjoy our attractions without the stress of traditional queuing methods. It's designed to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate their specific needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable park experience for everyone.

Important Note: Schools requiring this additional assistance must apply for the Ride Access Pass prior to their visit. We regret to inform that applications for the Ride Access Pass cannot be made on the day of the visit. This policy helps us to better prepare and ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for your school group. Please make sure to apply in advance to benefit from this service.

HOW IS THE SCHOOL RIDE ACCESS PASS USED?
Once the ride access pass has been approved prior to the visit, the lead teacher will head straight to the ride access pass hub providing our team with their unique reference number.
Our team will then introduce the teacher to the system and provide wristbands to identify students using the pass to our rides staff. For a brief overview of the system please see the below.
Step One
The supervising teacher selects which ride the students wish to use using the Ride Access Pass on reserve and ride.
Step Two
A QR code will then appear. The party will then head straight to the rides ride access pass queue line where a member of the team will scan the mobile device.
Step Three
Once the party has enjoyed the ride, a countdown will appear to show the time to wait until your next ride reservation becomes available.
Step Four
Once the countdown reaches 00:00, they can then select your next ride on the Ride Access Pass.
