MAKING A PROVISIONAL BOOKING

Please fill in the form below with your details and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a provisional booking. – please note that that this does not guarantee a booking and does not count as a booking even once a quote receipt is received. Tickets will not be activated until the confirmation form is completed. Any confirmation forms sent prior to your quote being created will not be accepted.​

Step by step guide to our Booking Process:​

  • Fill out one of our provisional booking forms. We aim to process your request and return your form within 7 working days. However, this form should be filled out a minimum of 20 days prior to your intended visit date to allow time for processing.​

  • Once you have received your quote, if you wish to proceed with a booking follow the confirm your booking section at the bottom of the quote receipt– please note if this is not completed 20 days before the intended visit date the booking will be cancelled​.

  • If you would like to make amendments to your booking, please reply to our automated email with these amendments and our team will action this within 7 working days, please note once you submit your confirmation form no further amendments can be made and you are liable to make full payment for the submitted final numbers.​

  • Shortly after we have received your confirmation, our team will generate e-tickets for the booking, sending these to you. Your booking is then passed to our finance team who will provide an invoice for payment, to be paid within 14 days. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a secure payment link will also be provided. Once payment has been received, we will then activate your tickets.

Please note this is for teachers only and any accompanying parents will have to book day tickets, Teacher ID is required and we will refuse entry should this not be supplied​
Carers are to be added in addition to the number of teachers and not included. Carer tickets are to be used for students who require extra assistance or 1 to 1 care. Documentation will be checked on entry​
