Whilst legal restrictions have now been lifted, we want to ensure we offer you the best possible experience.  As a result, we are planning to open all areas of the resort for guests whilst we continue operating with additional health and safety measures in place.

In line with the current Government response to COVID-19, the Resort is OPEN. 

We continue operating with additional health and safety measures in place. These are in place to ensure you have a safe, wild adventure, while also protecting other guests, our team and the animals in our care.

You will see some signage stating “Face coverings recommended” which will be displayed at entry points into our indoor attraction or high footfall areas.

You will be able to find NHS QR code ‘check-in’ posters at key points around the attraction entrance and you are encouraged to scan the NHS QR code with your smartphone on arrival at our attraction. These QR posters can be scanned on the NHS COVID-19 smartphone App.

You're welcome to bring rucksacks and bags to the Resort, but we ask that you try to bring as few as possible to ensure we can get you through our turnstiles as quickly as possible, as we have bag and security checks on arrival.

You can pre-order a buggy online in advance of your visit here. Single buggy hire is £10 and double buggy hire is £15. Your buggy will available for collection from Lodge Gate entrance on arrival.

We politely request you do not visit and contact our Guest Help & Information Team on to move your visit to another day in 2021.

Any parking; meal deals booked remain valid and can be used on the day you choose to pre-book in 2021.
