UPDATE

In line with current Government guidance, our Theme Park, Zoo & Resort Hotels are now open - for more information and to pre-book tickets, click here.

We are operating in the safest way possible for everyone, with new hygiene and safety measures, which you can find here.

We would like to thank you, our Chessington Annual Passholders, for bearing with us during these unprecedented times and are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to the Resort.

In order to manage the number of guests we welcome to the Resort each day, to allow for social distancing, we will need everyone, including Passholders, to pre-book a ticket online to guarantee entry. Please see below for more details on how to do this, along with information about how your Pass will be extended.

Standard terms and conditions for Chessington Annual Passes still apply, which you can find here.

ADVANCE PRE-BOOK

In order to manage the number of Adventurers we welcome to the Resort each day to allow for social distancing, we will need everyone, including Passholders, to pre-book a ticket online to guarantee entry. A nominal (£1) booking fee per Passholder will be applicable for Chessington Annual Passholders and Merlin Annual Passholders.

We will introduce this temporary measure so that as many people as possible can enjoy an adventure at the Resort, as it will reduce the number of tickets that are taken up by those who then do not attend.

We know many of you buy your Passes so you can spontaneously visit the Resort and therefore we’re closely following Government advice and will update this process when it is suitable to do so.

Please note that if you are staying in one of our resort hotels, you do not need to pre-book for Park entry however you will need to present your Hotel booking confirmation along with your Chessington Annual Pass at the admissions turnstiles.

PASS EXTENSIONS

To account for the time we have been temporarily closed, as well as to acknowledge the requirement to pre-book as we reopen, we will be adding a 5 month extension to all original expiry dates for Chessington Annual Passes that expire after 18th March 2020.

We understand that many of you purchase a Pass to enjoy the full offering of the Resort, therefore, if your Pass extension falls during the winter period when the full Theme Park is not open, we will further extend it for you.

Chessington Annual Passes that expired before 19th March 2020, will not be entitled to the extension period.

Pass extensions will happen automatically and you don’t have to do anything.

If you have purchased a new or renewed Chessington Annual Pass, which you have not yet collected, we have extended the 8 week collection time until the end of October 2020, with your Pass valid for a full 12 months from the collection date.

If you would prefer to receive a prorated refund instead of a Pass extension for the closed months, we would ask you to contact us once we have officially confirmed the reopening date of the Theme Park, so that we can properly calculate your refund based on the number of Theme Park days closed from 21st March 2020. Your Pass expiry date will then revert to your original expiry date.
