Yes, all Chessington annual passes will be digital only, so you will not receive a physical card. Your annual pass will be e-mailed to you with instructions for use and will be ready to start using instantly once your purchase is complete. As your renewed pass will be valid instantly via your digital pass, we recommend waiting until your current pass has reached its expiry date before renewing so you don’t lose out on any days of epic adventures. 

Renewing your Gold or Silver Chessington Annual Pass is easy! You can head to the top of the page, select your preferred pass type and click “Buy Renewal”.  

We don’t offer renewal pricing on Chessington Adult & Pre-schooler Pass. For another year of adventures, simply re-purchase an Adult & Pre-schooler pass as usual.

Both Chessington Annual Pass and Merlin Annual Pass holders can pre-book their next adventure on the Pre-Book Portal.

Yes, you can purchase an annual pass as a gift for someone else. Please provide the recipient's information during the purchase process. 

Yes, you can purchase an upgrade day ticket to visit on an exclusion day. To do so, head to our pre-booking page here.   

Should a Chessington Annual Passholder require assistance on their visits to our attractions, we issue one complimentary pass per Passholder to be used by any carer - this is transferable between carers. Please head here to find out more.

We're excited to let you know that from 18th November 2025, we’ll be introducing a brand-new Chessington Annual Pass! As a result of this update, we’ll no longer be selling the Adult & Pre-schooler, Silver or Gold Chessington Annual Passes.

As a valued  Passholder, you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your existing product promised to you at time of purchased until your Pass expires. And when it's time to renew, we hope you'll choose to transition to the new Annual Pass to unlock a year of amazing days out for one great price! 

No, your current Pass will continue to work exactly as normal until it expires, with all the same benefits you signed up for at the time of purchase. 

After that date, you’ll no longer be able to renew or purchase a new Adult & Pre-Schooler, Silver or Gold Chessington Annual Pass, but you’ll have several great alternatives to choose from, including our brand-new Chessington Annual Pass – or even a Merlin Annual Pass.  

As always, should any changes apply to your existing product in the future we will be in touch with at least 30 days’ notice to let you know, per our agreement with you made at time of purchase.  

We regularly review our Annual Pass options for new, existing and returning guests to ensure we’re offering you very best options and value to suit every budget. As of right now, we can confirm that Adult & Pre-Schooler, Silver and Gold Chessington Annual Passes are no longer available, but we will be sure to update you if this changes in the future.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 4 months of purchase. If your gift voucher has not yet expired, then it will still be honoured, and you may redeem this via the normal process. 

You don't need to do anything until your Pass expires. Your current Pass is still valid and you can continue to enjoy all your existing benefits as normal until it expires. When it’s time to renew, you can purchase the new Chessington Annual Pass through our website, just as you did with your current Pass. 

While it’s true that some benefits from the old Adult & Pre-Schooler, Silver and Gold passes are no longer included in the new Chessington Annual Pass, the lower price of just £64 and fewer restriction dates has been designed to offer maximum wild days out and value for money. If you’re looking for additional benefits these are still available through the Merlin Annual Pass, details of which can be found above.
