Due to the weather warning issued by the Met Office for Storm Ciarán, please find information below if you are due to visit us on Thursday 2 November.

We wanted to let you know Chessington World of Adventures Resort will remain OPEN, but we are taking extra precautions to ensure you can continue to enjoy a safe, wild day out with us.

If you have booked a DAY TICKET and you’d prefer to rearrange your visit, we’re revalidating tickets for visits on Thursday 2 November for use on another date this week, OR on select dates in our 2024 main season in March through to June. Please contact our Guest Help team on feedback@chessington.co.uk who will be able to help. Please make ‘Storm Ciarán’ the subject line of your email and include your booking reference.

If you have a SHORT BREAK booked with day tickets for Thursday 2 November and wish to discuss your booking, please fill in the form.

The safety of our guests, staff and animals in our care is our number one priority and it is likely some of our outdoor attractions may be impacted by the weather, and some of the animals may prefer to stay in the comfort of their own homes. We recommend guests use our app for the latest information.
