Our Passholder Day is an exclusive event dedicated to our PAWSOME Merlin annual passholders to celebrate the start of the 2024 season! Giving Passholders the chance to experience a true takeover of Britain’s Wildest Adventure with exclusive discounts and Passholder fun!
This event will take place on the 17th March 2024 with the Theme Park and Zoo open from 10am – 5pm.
All passholders must pre-book in advance. Tickets will be available to book via this page or Merlin Annual Pass Facebook or X.
If you book a short break in one of our Resort Hotels, you will not need to pre-book your ticket. Simply show your hotel reservation and valid Merlin or Chessington Annual Pass at admissions on the day.
Tickets will go on sale in two waves, so keep posted on our social channels for reminders
- Wave 1: 12pm on Monday 12th February 2024
- Wave 2: 12pm on Wednesday 14th February 2024
Ensure you pre-book tickets for our Passholder event for your entire party including any Carers. On arrival, you’ll need to show your valid documentation to validate your Carer tickets before admission. Find out more about what documentation is required here.
Children under 90cms who are accompanied by a parent or guardian are eligible for free admission. Under 90cms are not required to pre-book.
Whilst we have plenty of availability, there is a limit to the number of tickets available on any day and therefore this event may sell out! Be sure to pre-book your tickets fast to guarantee your WILD adventure!
If you had booked tickets for the event and can no longer attend, please ensure you cancel your tickets so other Passholders have the opportunity to experience this PAWSOME event. To cancel your tickets please follow this link.
Due to this being a Merlin Annual Pass exclusive event, ‘Share the Fun’ & ‘Friend and Family’ tickets will not be valid on this day.
Our engineering team are working hard to ensure passholders will have access to as many of our rides and attractions as possible, however please note that all rides and attractions are subject to availability and some rides may not be available on this date including and not limited to, Scorpion Express and Tomb Blaster.
