What is new for 2019?
This year you can discover the spellbinding new adventure, Room on the Broom - A Magical Journey. Visit the enchanted library and walk-through the pages of the book written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler and experience the much-loved children’s story come to life!
What time do you open?
Chessington opens from 10am during the main season and Zoo Days. Closing time varies depending on the date, and we always recommend you check the opening times for your chosen visit date.
How do I get there?
Chessington is situated on the A243, just two miles from the A3 and M25 (junction 9 or 10). Our Postcode (for your SatNav) is KT9 2NE.
What about eating and drinking?
We know that feeding families can be an adventure all on its own, but we offer something to suit even the wildest appetite. Take a look at our Food & Drink page, or see our Special Offers.
Is there accommodation nearby?
Yes, we offer short break packages via our own Resort Hotels. These are perfect if you are travelling from a distance, or want to make the most of your adventure.
What attractions can I ride if I have a cast, air boot or splint?
Good question. Unfortunately as a health & safety requirement, adventurers with a cast, air boot or splint will be unable to experience some of our attractions.
Which half term and school holidays are you open?
We are open all year round; however there may be some restrictions at some times of the year.
