CHESSINGTON ANNUAL PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS 2019 (FOR PASSES BROUGHT FROM 8TH FEBRUARY)

By using a Chessington World of Adventures Resort (‘Chessington’) Annual Pass you accept these Terms and Conditions of use:

AN ANNUAL PASS WILL ONLY BE VALID WHEN USED AND/OR PRESENTED BY THE NAMED HOLDER AND WHEN DISPLAYING A PHOTOGRAPH, WHICH MUST BE A TRUE LIKENESS OF THE HOLDER. MISUSE WILL RESULT IN THE ANNUAL PASS BEING WITHDRAWN.

1. The Chessington Annual Pass is only valid at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. 2. Each Annual Pass holder will be issued with his or her own Annual Pass 3. Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. 4. A Child Chessington Annual Pass is valid for those aged 3-11 years. An Adult Chessington Annual Pass is valid for those aged 12 and over. 5. The Chessington Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (‘the Validity Period’). Opening dates for our 2019 theme park season are: 10 th March until 3 rd November, Zoo Days are: 5th ,6th ,12th ,13th ,19th ,20th ,26th ,27th January; 2nd ,3rd ,9th ,10th February; 9th , 10th ,16th ,17th November 2019. Animal Adventures is from 16th – 24th February 2019. All dates are subject to change, please check full terms and conditions and Chessington.com for the latest opening dates and times. 6. Exclusion dates apply. Entry on the following dates is not included in this Annual Pass: 2nd , 3rd ,4th,9th,10th,11th ,16th ,17th ,18th ,23rd ,24th ,25th ,30th ,31st August 2019; 1st September. 7. Access to secondary attractions, including but not limited to Chessington Go Ape and special events, including but not limited to Chessington Winter’s Tail, may be subject to an additional charge. Winter’s Tail dates in 2019 are 23rd , 24th , 30th November, 1st, 7th 8th and 13th – 24th December 2019. 8. Chessington reserves the right to close or remove entire facilities within Chessington for any reason, including (but not limited to) special events or private functions, or for technical and/or operational reasons. 9. The Chessington Annual Pass will entitle the holder to unlimited entry to Chessington for the validity period bar exclusion dates referenced in points 6 and 7. 10. The Chessington Annual Pass will entitle the holder to beat the queues on entrance, bring a friend for £10 (during main theme park season only), explorer exclusive discount vouchers (one-off), Go-Ape discount of 15%, 20% discount on VIP animal experiences and access to Merlin Holiday Club. The passholder can also pay £10 to enter the park during August exclusion dates. 11. This pass does not include car parking. 12. Visitors under 12 years of age to Chessington must be accompanied by an individual aged 18 years of age or over. 13. Visitors under 3 years of age may enter Chessington free of charge. 14. Photocopies of Annual Passes will not be accepted. 15. All Chessington Annual Passes remain the property of Chessington and Merlin Entertainments Group and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud or misuse, or can be withdrawn from any person whose conduct is deemed to be inappropriate at the absolute discretion of management. Should your pass be withdrawn then the correct appeal procedure should be adopted should you want the Annual Pass returned. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Chessington with an Annual Pass of which they are not the valid holder. The management of Chessington reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. 16. Failure to present a valid Chessington Annual Pass will result in a charge of the “on the day” admission rate, which will be non- refundable. 17. Refunds are not available in any circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part value of the Annual Pass will not be refunded if any or part of Chessington are removed or closed during the year. 18. Chessington Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, voucher or advance booking. 19. Lost Annual Passes should be reported to Chessington immediately. 20. In the event of a lost Annual Pass, Chessington will re-issue a replacement card. Up to two replacement cards can be issued during the Validity Period. New cards will only be issued at Chessington. An administration fee of £10 per Annual Pass will be charged for the re-issue of lost cards. 21. Height, size and ages restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions. 22. By using a Chessington Annual Pass you agree to adhere to park regulations currently in force at Chessington.

CHESSINGTON OFF PEAK ANNUAL PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS 2019

By using a Chessington Adult & Pre-schooler Annual Pass you accept these Terms and Conditions of use:

AN ANNUAL PASS WILL ONLY BE VALID WHEN USED AND/OR PRESENTED BY THE NAMED HOLDER AND WHEN DISPLAYING A PHOTOGRAPH, WHICH MUST BE A TRUE LIKENESS OF THE HOLDER. MISUSE WILL RESULT IN THE ANNUAL PASS BEING WITHDRAWN.

1. The Chessington Off Peak Annual Pass is only valid at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. 2. Each Annual Passholder will be issued with his or her own Annual Pass. AN ANNUAL PASS WILL ONLY BE VALID WHEN USED AND/OR PRESENTED BY THE NAMED HOLDER AND WHEN DISPLAYING A PHOTOGRAPH, WHICH MUST BE A TRUE LIKENESS OF THE HOLDER. MISUSE WILL RESULT IN THE ANNUAL PASS BEING WITHDRAWN.

Excludes cigarettes and cameras. 11. This pass does not include car parking. 12. Visitors under 12 years of age to Chessington must be accompanied by an individual aged 18 years of age or over. 13.
