Christmas at Chessington Passholder Pre-Book

Christmas at Chessington will be running on 21st- 22nd, 28th - 29th November. 5th - 6th, 12th - 14th, 18th - 24th December.

 The Christmas Village will be closed and only select rides available between 27th - 31st December.

Chessington and Merlin Annual Passholders can easily book entry to Christmas at Chessington through Chessington’s website. Explore ticket options, check availability and secure your ticket to Christmas at Chessington.

Christmas at Chessington cannot be booked using the Merlin Annual Pass Pre-Book Portal.

When looking at dates your pass type is valid to access Christmas at Chessington, your pre-book gives you entry to the Theme Park. This includes access to the Theme Park (a selection of rides and attractions only), Zoo and SEA LIFE Aquarium. You will still need to scan your valid Annual Pass to gain access to the attraction.  

If you’d like to add the Christmas Village experience to your booking, this is available at an additional cost. The Christmas Village includes meeting Father Christmas in his Grotto and a trip to the Toy Workshop, where the cheeky Elves are busy getting all of the toys ready for Christmas.

You won’t be able to book tickets for Christmas at Chessington through the Portal. As Christmas at Chessington has a variety of different pre-book requirements specific for just Chessington World of Adventures, the booking of Christmas at Chessington with an Annual Pass is directly through the Chessington website only.

Yes, you can enjoy the Theme Park & Zoo without visiting the Christmas Village. Your Passholder entry only ticket grants access to the Theme Park (select rides and attractions), Chessington Zoo and SEA LIFE. If you wish to experience the Christmas Village, including meeting Father Christmas, you can upgrade your entry ticket. Pre-book your Theme Park & Christmas Village tickets in advance to guarantee entry.

Great news, when booking a short break through Merlin Holiday Club you don’t need to pre-book your tickets! PLUS, with a Merlin Holiday Club short break for Christmas at Chessington we also include your ticket entry to the Christmas Village too, so you do not need to pre-book this separately or upgrade your booking. 

Please note, Merlin Holiday Club discount is only available for Gold and Platinum Merlin Annual Passholders.

Yes, on select dates you can purchase an upgrade day ticket to visit on a restriction date for Christmas at Chessington for an additional ticket cost per person. To do so, simply follow the steps to pre-book on exclusion days in the booking journey.  

Not all restricted dates are available to book for all pass types.

There are several reasons why you may be struggling to add your pass. 

• You may have entered your Pass number incorrectly, so please re-enter your number and try again.
• Your Pass may have expired and be outside of the validity period.
