Adventurer's tickets:
- An Adult (Adventurer) is aged 12+ years
- A Child (Young Adventurer) is from 0.9 metres high to their 12th birthday
- A Child under 0.9 metres high is free
Online discounts for individual and family tickets:
- Up to 30% when booked at least 7 days before the day of your visit
- Up to 15% when booked 2 to 7 days before the day of your visit
- No discount for tickets booked online on the day before or day of your visit (except for Groups).
Tickets for Young Adventurers without an adult cannot be bought online.
Group tickets:
- Groups save up to 40% when booking online
- 1 Free leader place is offered for groups of 10 or more where the 11th person is free (not available for Zoo Days and African Adventures)
- Group tickets are not available at the gate
Online booking savings are based on gate ticket prices and cannot be combined with any other discount vouchers, offers or promotions. Online bookings are subject to a credit/debit card surcharge to cover transaction costs. Print at home is not available for all tickets. For telephone bookings, calls are charged at 10 pence per minute plus applicable network extras. All prices shown are subject to availability and can change at any time.
