You are invited to enter the Dragon’s lair and enjoy an adventure of wonder, excitement and entertainment. Add some spin to your adventure with a ride on the fiery Dragon’s Fury!
Families can enjoy daily shows in the Dragon’s Tale Theatre where Spike and Cinders will take you on an adventure full of fun and discovery.
In this land you will find the following rides and attractions…
Dragon's Fury
Get propelled along by the rage of the furious dragon’s breath on this spin-tastic rollercoaster. Go on a thrilling journey of twists and turns, dips and dives – not forgetting spins, spins and more spins! No ride is ever the same twice – how fast you spin depends on who sits where!
- Can I ride?
- Minimum height: 1.20 metres
- Maximum height: 1.96 metres
- Chest restrictions for guests with torso measurements approaching 51 inches or above apply.
Griffin's Galleon
Ride the waves for a journey to remember.
- Can I ride?
- Minimum height: 0.90 metres
- Adventurers under 1.2m must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or over.
Canopy Capers
Explore the tree house and walkways high in the sky. Can you get through to the other side?
- Can I ride?
- Maximum height: 1.40 metres
- Family Groups Only. Adventurers under 0.9m must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or over.
Sea Dragons
Round and round you go on the Dragons of the Sea!
- Can I ride?
- Anyone under 1.1 metres must be accompanied by a person aged 16 or over.
Dragon's Playhouse
A huge soft play and adventure centre for the younger adventurers.
- Can I ride?
- Maximum height: 1.40 metres
- Must be supervised by a person aged 16 or over. Guests are required to wear socks in the playhouse.

Dragon's Tale Theatre
Spike and the Missing Griffin
Can you work out the magic words to find the ancient map and help Spike, Cinders, Marvin and Lionel on their search for the missing Griffin.
Spikes Camping Capers
Come and join Spike, Cinders, Lionel and Titch the Meerkat on their camping adventure in the jungle as they prepare a special birthday surprise for Marvin the Monkey. However all does not go according to plan!
Showtimes in the Theatre at 11:30am, 1:30pm & 3:30pm. When the park is open until 6:00pm or later there will be an additional show at 5:30pm.
Also come and join your favourite Dragon Spike or one of his friends in the Dragons Tale Theatre for a meet and greet at the following times throughout the day, 12:30pm, 2:30pm & 4:30pm.

Dragon's Fury
year 6
The first time i EVER went on this awesome ride was when we went in year 6. I was too scared to go on it but then my lovely friends told me that it was soooo good, so I believed them!!! If it were not for my friends then this review would not have been written. I have never had any regrets about going on this ride!!! Every time I go to Chessington now, I ALWAYS go on this ride!!! This is the best ride EVER!!

This ride is one of the better family rides. Fun enough for the older dare devils but gentle enough for younger family members too (and mum's) I personally think this is one of the better rides at chessington, but because it's tucked out of the way, it's usually one of the ones with the shortest queue! To find the ride you must actually enter the land of the dragons entrance.

Dragon's Fury
THE BEST!!!!!!
Today was my first time riding Dragon's Fury! It was AMAZING!!!! You don't get the dropping feeling and it IS worth the wait! It is now my favourite ride OF ALL TIME!!! My advice, RIDE DRAGON'S FURY! It's more than a thrill!
