Sumatran Tigers
The wonderful Tigers

I hear that the tigers are sort of rare and are a lovely bunch. I know that these tigers have beautiful colours and are a lovely sight to see!

Wanyama Village & Reserve
Amazing!

We stayed for one night and the hotel is amazing. The decor is beautiful, great facilities for the kids and the staff go way beyond what is expected of them, even helping to recharge the car battery! Cannot thank them enough. The park was brilliant, already planning our next visit :)

I love baby Meerkats

When I went to Chessington I went to the meerkats in Wanyama Village where you can go under a tunnel to veiw them. Soon these baby Meerkats came up to us trying to scratch the glass and try to play with me and my brother, they were so cute. I hope I can see them when they're grown up.

Zoo Keeper for a Day
My dream come true

I got the present of a day to be a real life zookeeper on my tenth birthday. I was really surprised as it was quite an unusual birthday present but I knew I was going to enjoy it. When I got there I had fun mucking out enclosures and stroking animals. When I got to hold real life Meerkats I got extremely excited. Meerkats are my number one favorite animal. It was the best day ever! We are going again for my sister's birthday. I can't wait! It was a dream come true!
