3:00pm: Latest Update
Adventurers, please see below the latest from Thames Water. Continue to check back here and on our social channels, where we’ll be providing updates throughout the afternoon.
Thames Water: ‘#KT update: We’re sorry to everyone affected by our burst water main in #Chessington. We’ve organised bottled water for people to collect from Chessington Garden Centre, KT9 2NG. It’s a complicated repair job and we’re working really hard to get the pipe fixed and everything back to normal as soon as possible. We have our customer team in the area offering help and advice, and will make sure we continue to provide everyone with updates as and when we can.’
Adventurers, following the closure of our Theme Park and Zoo today, we’re pleased now to be able to confirm that we will be open tomorrow and it’ll business as usual, as we’re confident Thames Water has restored our water supply.
However, please be mindful that today’s closure was due to circumstances beyond our control and we recommend that everyone planning a visit tomorrow checks on our social media channels or on our website, as if anything were to change, this is where we’ll provide the latest update.
We thank everyone for their patience today and apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
