Why do I need to bring my documents for Ride Access Pass every two years?

Many conditions change over time, and our staff are not medically trained to know each individual’s requirements, to enable them to get the best out of their visit to our attractions.

Following guest feedback, we have now increased the length of validity for our Registration Cards from 12 to 24 months, meaning registrations will now be less frequent.
