Can I upgrade my day ticket to a Merlin Annual Pass?
If you want to upgrade your ticket to a Merlin Annual Pass and get your entrance fee refunded, please talk to a member of staff on the day of your visit. Your entry ticket fee will be deducted off the price of one Pass - if you mutiple tickets holders wish to upgrade to a Merlin Annual Pass, they can each use their own entry ticket to be deducted off the cost.
