Where do I collect my Merlin Annual Pass from?

If you have selected Chessington World of Adventures as your "Home Attraction" (where you selected your passes to be collected from when making your purchase), please visit the Annual Pass Hub located inside the park with your booking reference number, the payment card and some photo ID. Please note the payment card holder must be present with their payment card to collect Merlin Annual Passes. 

As the Annual Pass Hub is located within the park, you will need to show your booking reference number/email confirmation to the Admission staff for them to allow you entry to collect your Annual Passes. 

If all pass holders are not present at the time of collection, passport style photos must be brought to the Annual Pass Hub for the passes to be issued.
