I have ordered my Merlin Pass by post, however it hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Our Print and Post delivery option takes 3 - 5 working days. Please note this start the 1st working day after you have purchased your passes. For example, if you purchased your Pass/es on a Friday, the 3-5 working days delivery period will start from the Monday.
