Can I book my tickets online if I am registered disabled?
Guests registered as disabled are welcome to buy any of our online tickets and are eligible to bring one helper free of charge and an additional helper for a reduced rate.
On arrival please present your ticket and proof of disability such as Blue Badge, DLA/PIP entitlement or Doctor's letter to the member of staff at our turnstiles gates to receive your free helper ticket. If there are multiple disabled guests in the group then each guest is entitled to one free helper. If additional helpers are required then they can purchase tickets at a reduced rate online or on arrival.
