I do not have the card used to purchase my tickets - what should I do?

If you have selected Print at Home/Mobile tickets then these can be scanned at the turnstiles to gain entry.

If you have selected Collect at attraction and the person named on the booking must supply the booking reference number/email confirmation, valid ID such as a passport or driver's license along with a bank statement detailing the purchase of the tickets.

Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
