My online booking failed part way through and it looks like I have been charged - what should I do?

Please use the link here which allows you to search for any confirmed orders by your phone number and email address, alternatively please bring proof of ID, proof of charges (bank or card statement) and your order number with you (if you have it) and our Admissions Team can look up your booking on the day.
