Can I change the name on my booking?

Unfortunately we are not able to change the name on a booking.  If the person named on the booking (the card holder) is not attending then they will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:

“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.

The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.

Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
