There are rare occasions when the follow up Print@Home tickets email is not received. It could be that the email has been blocked by your Internet Security, Company Firewall or it has been delivered to your Spam folder.
If you have your order reference number you can still collect your tickets on the day at the Ticket Collection Desk. Alternatively if you have at least 7 days before the date of your visit please contact 03333 212001 and a member of the team will arrange to have your tickets posted to you.
