The Sun FREE Ticket Promotion

The Sun Newspaper is once again offering its readers the chance to come to Chessington World of Adventures Resort for free as part of its free ticket giveaway. Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions:

How do I get my two free tickets with The Sun Superdays?
There are two ways to get your two free tickets to Merlin attractions. You can either collect 9 Sun Savers codes or collect 10 paper tokens. Sun Savers is the quickest way to book and the only way you can pick your dates for all our Superdays for the first time ever.

What is Sun Savers? 
Sun Savers is our The Sun's rewards club. It only takes a few minutes to register – you only need your name, date of birth and email address to get started. To register download the Sun Savers app or go online at and pick up copies of the paper to start collecting your tokens.

Can I pick a specific date? 
For the first time ever you can pick your dates, only with the Sun Savers app (subject to availability). If you book by post you must select five date bands in order of preference and will be randomly allocated a date for one specific day within your date band.

Do I have to pay a booking fee?
All Sun Savers applications are subject to a £1.50 booking fee to pick your dates and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of your tickets. You can pay for this via credit card, paypal or using money from your Sun Savers wallet.

Can I change my dates? 
Once your date has been allocated to you, you will not be able to exchange your tickets or use them on any other date under any circumstances. 

How many times can I apply?
You can only apply for each Superdays promotion once per household and only one application method may be used. Multiple applications from the same household will ALL be cancelled. However, you can apply for as many of the different parks/attractions you wish throughout the year.

Where do I send my completed booking form if applying by post? 
The booking form will be printed in paper and also can be downloaded from the home page of The address to send in your fully completed booking form is found at the bottom right hand corner of the form. Please ensure you complete the form fully and include the full address as written, including the promotion name.

How will I receive my tickets?
If applying via Sun Savers you will receive your tickets as e-tickets (e-tickets are tickets sent via email to the address specified when booking). E-tickets can be printed or shown at the attraction via your mobile phone. If applying by post, you will receive physical paper tickets.  

When will I receive my tickets?
For Sun Savers applications your tickets will be available as soon as you have successfully chosen your date and booked. Your tickets will also be emailed to you within 48 hours. For postal applications, tickets will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your application. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

My tickets have not arrived/have been damaged in the post, can they be replaced?
No liability will be accepted for applications or tickets lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

Who do I contact if I have a query about my tickets?

Are children free?
Our Superdays promotion offers readers two free adult tickets which can be used to admit either an adult or child. Children under 3 years of age can enter Chessington World of Adventures Resort free of charge.
