The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure

Join your favourite Gruffalo character Mouse on a magical riverboat journey through the deep dark wood. As you float down the lazy river, the world of The Gruffalo will magically unfold in front of your eyes, with exciting twists and turns along the way!

Adventurers under the height of 1.1m must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.
Accompanying adults must sit in the same boat and can therefore only accompany up to 4 children.
A maximum of 5 Adventurers to a boat.
Maximum of 4 adults per boat.
Not suitable for expectant mothers.
Not suitable for Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back/neck problems.

Prosthetics

All prosthetic limbs must be secured to the guest’s body or removed before boarding any ride.
Prosthetics must not inhibit the required seating position

Non - Ambulant & Wheelchair Access

You must have full upper body strength including head and neck control and be able to brace against the forces.
Not suitable for non ambulant Guests (unless under 1.1m) but we are working on this
Guests over 1.1 meters in height must be able to sit up and hold themselves upright without assistance from a carer for the duration of the ride

Evacuation

Due to complexity of this ride, adventuers over 1.1 meters must be able to self evacuate from the boat and ride area- which includes steps and uneaven flooring
Guests over 1.1 meters in height are required to walk unaided in the case of an offload.
For non ambulant adventurers evacuation will be supported by our team and there may be a delay to offloading
