Return Promise
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROMISE?
Unfortunately, there are various circumstances (such as inclement weather) that can disrupt our rides and attractions. In some cases, we have to close certain rides as a result of this until the circumstance passes. We cannot predetermine ride closures, but we will provide real-time updates on our App.
If ride availability is disrupted continuously, our Management team will make the decision to activate a Return Promise which allows ticket holders to return for FREE within 9 months.
A Return Promise may be called for a variety of different reasons such as:
- Inclement weather (rain, snow, wind) continuous for over an hour*
- Extreme weather (heatwaves, high winds)
- Powercut
- Loss of Water
If the above does not affect ride availability, a Return Promise will not be activated. The decision lies with the Resort Management team and this decision is final. This decision will be made based on internal factors and measurements.
This Return Promise does not cover general ride availability on a day-to-day basis. All of our rides are subject to availability and may close at any time for reasons not covered by the Return Promise. This process is only in place for weather related incidents or other incidents that cause resort wide ride closures.
MY VISIT DATE WAS A RETURN PROMISE DATE – HOW DO I GET MY FREE RETURN VISIT?
The process to secure your return visit is easy! Follow the steps below:
- Keep hold of your original tickets
- Check your original visit date is on the list below
- Pre-book your FREE return visit
- Take your original tickets and your pre-booking confirmation to our Admissions booth
- Receive your Theme Park entry tickets
Our Return Promise does not apply to Annual Passes. The Free return does not include any additional products purchased for your initial visit, including (but not limited to) Hotel Stays, Reserve and Ride, Freestyle Cups, VIP Experiences.
The Return Promise is not valid during special events including Winter’s Tail, Zootastic and February Half Term.
DATES ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURN VISIT
If you visited on any of the dates listed below, you are eligible for a free return visit within 9 months* on selected dates within our main operational season (not including special events).

*Please note that your return ticket will only be valid for up to 9 months with no extensions or rollover into next season. I.E. if a guest visited on 22nd March, they must book their return visit before 3rd November 2024 as it will not be valid beyond main season. If you visited on 22nd October 2024 you must book your return visit before 22nd July 2025. Any 2023 visits called as a ‘Rainy Day’ will still be valid for 12 months.
Terms and Conditions
- Return Tickets will only be issued at Admissions upon presentation of an original valid ticket.
- Photocopies are not accepted.
- Offer only valid when a date is visible on the website. Decision is made by Resort Management and our decision will be final.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Return tickets cannot be sold and ID may be requested for original tickets.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Return visit is subject to availability, see website for opening dates and times.
- Should your return visit date have another return promise activated, you will not be entitled to an additional return visit.
- If you are an annual passholder, you will not be entitled to receive return tickets or any other form of recompense.
- All other ticket types are eligible for a Return Visit as long as they were scanned on the Return Promise date.
